This paper describes the design and implementation of PHP-based personal blog space. The system is based on the development needs of the network and the design of a personal blog system, the software system consists blog homepage module, document management module, message board management module, photo management module, talk about management module, bloggers information management module, user registration and login module module, Member Center module composition. Staff visit the blog into a non-registered users and registered ordinary members; management blog functions by the administrator, administrators have the basic right to limit the foundation, but also to achieve a multi-user administrator rights management. This system is realized everyone needs blog, everyone can blog functionality.
